PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH OR THE BEGINNING OF EACH PREPAYMENT PLAN. THERE IS A $20.00 LATE FEE FOR PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER THE 10TH OF THE MONTH FOR BOTH MONTHLY DUES AND PAYMENT PLANS.
